Is there any way to get past this nuisance named Dave?

I have opened a ticket about a product earlier this year, and got some steps from support that I needed to do. The support ticket was closed after. Well now I want to get a refund as the seller just disappeared, but Dave doesn't let me open a new ticket because there is already the closed ticket. Dave helpfully understands that I cannot reopen the closed case, but then again loops around to stop me opening a new ticket because there is a ticket already :D

Im just a gamerdad who games nearly everyday except when I work or im spending time with my goblins. Far as what im looking, just chill people who like to hang out, talk with each other and try to game together often. Recently became single (and no, im not looking. Not for that at least) and Im just missing the connections I once had. Im on discord a lot and either playing Xbox, vr, or switch or just jamming out as gaming and music have become my favorite distractions.

Some games I love playing the most would be helldivers, battlefront 2, raiders though its been forever, souls games (1,2,3) and elden ring. Also I love playing other games that other bring to my attention. Pretty much open to any idea almost. Far as vr I love deagle battle and fishing as its a great way to chill and talk if you have anyone with ya. Among us on here is wild af lol. Still exploring it since ive only just gotten into it within the last month.

Also, while im thinking on it. Im not here to be recruited or anything like that. I have a discord group that I frequent a lot, thats full of those I do run with these days. Theyre like a second family to me.

My Bitdefender subscription was canceled for the second time today.

On January 7, 2026, I purchased Bitdefender Ultimate Security (5 devices, 1 year) through G2A and activated it right away. Just under 4 months later, the subscription was simply deleted from my Bitdefender dashboard.

I then purchased Bitdefender Premium Security (5 devices, 1 year) on May 2, 2026, and now the same thing has happened again. The subscription was simply deleted from the dashboard, and I no longer have active protection.

I contacted support today and received the following messages.

Apparently, G2A is not considered an official Bitdefender reseller, so the subscription was deleted.

So he’s telling me that G2A is able to simply remove my active subscription from my Bitdefender Central, which has an activated key?

J’ai acheté un compte ChatGPT sur G2A, et il s’est avéré inutilisable car le compte était bloqué/désactivé. J’ai contacté le vendeur, qui a surtout fait traîner les choses en me demandant de traduire mes messages, ce que j’ai fait. Après 12 jours sans solution concrète, j’ai fini par contacter le support G2A.

2 jours plus tard, le litige avec le vendeur avait disparu. Les échanges avec le vendeur et avec le support G2A n’étaient plus visibles non plus. Je n’ai également plus trouvé de trace de cet achat dans mon historique de commandes.

Je partage simplement mon expérience pour prévenir les autres : dans mon cas, le traitement du dossier a été très décevant. Avant d’acheter ce type de produit sur G2A, je vous conseille de bien vérifier les risques et les conditions de remboursement.
