Since the dev post addressing these leaks got shared today in relation to it's possibility of revealing the Nintendo Direct date, I think it may be worth it to make a writeup explaining what exactly was leaked from this game, as that post didnt go into all of it.
...Pretty much all of it was leaked.
Well, nearly. Like 85% of the maps (or at minimum, visuals from them) have been leaked and pretty much every song in the songlist but 2 has been leaked ahead of time.
At first it was just strong rumors of songs, then visuals of some, then a retailer confirmed 12, and then in 3 waves a massive blowout of leaked visuals happened.
Arguably the worst leak the series has ever had.
There are 40 songs in the game (excluding alternate maps), 35 being in the 'Decades of Hits' theme and 5 being original songs. 38 of these are known for sure, that's nearly all of it.

Apart from the 70s, all the decades have 6 songs each.
This is the nigh-full songlist of the game, and the ones that directly have their maps or visuals leaked have an asterisk
-
The full 70s songlist is: *ABC, *Crocodile Rock, *Mamma Mia, *Come and Get Your Love, and Bohemian Rhapsody (this song is the one and only "strong rumor" left)
The full 80s songlist is: *Celebration, *It's Tricky, *Uptown Girl, *Into the Groove, *Jump, and Two of Hearts
The full 90s songlist is: *Just a Girl, *No Scrubs, *Wannabe, *Around the World, *Sing Hallelujah, and *Coconut
The full 2000s songlist is: In Too Deep, *Bye Bye Bye, *Feel Good Inc, *Starlight, Stereo Love, and *Stronger (the Britney Spears one)
The partial 2010s songlist is: *Turn Down for What, *Danza Kurudo, *Give Me Everything, *Santa Tell Me, *Hello, and likely one other (originally being Alejandro by Lady Gaga apparently, but it seemingly will will be saved for another time)
The full 2020s songlist is: *Hot to Go, *Manchild, *NEUVAYoL, *Midnight Sun, More & More, and Drop Dead
And the originals are: "Hi Lyfe", "Million Times Better", "Acorss All Time", "The Singing Garden", and "Supersonic"

Some uploads continually get taken down, but this is a youtube playlist of some of the leaked songs to see for yourself, just not all of them (some of these maps are the alternates and not the mains): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLb9htWOl5ENs
Hot to Go actually had 2 versions leak, one with the official choreography for that song and one with a custom one incase they didnt get the license, but they seemingly did get the license for it.

Internally, a while back the servers had changed the game from having 40 songs to having 35 songs, meaning it was thought 5 songs would be cut, but more songs past that cap kept getting added so it seems that the number was changed to 35 to reflect what number of songs are actually related to the decades theme. The originals are in their own category, so therefore they aren't hits from decades. It's likely the game will be advertised as 35 songs because of that.

Also interestingly, the Just Dance team actually knows and are fully aware of who leaked these songs and based on community discourse it seems that the leaker behind this is notorious and continues to leak to promote their own mod of the series (Theres a lot of lore to this community apparently)
As for why the JD team don't take action on the leaker, we don't really know but it's probably because Ubisoft decided it's just not worth the effort to pursue when weighed against resources.
It's not like leaking a huge AAA game and spoilers for it, its recognizable songs and some neat visuals, unfortunate but no major damage besides some community hype is really observed in the eyes of the company.
