Rule 3 is updated to include political discussions. There is a place for politics, and that place is not here. There are hundreds of subreddits for that. This is a light hearted community, for funny content. Politics does not need to invade every single space on the internet.
Content inherently political in nature will be removed. Political discussions are not allowed.
This will be applied very conservatively, as long as you aren’t posting something intentionally inflammatory or discussing politics it will be fine.

For context for those who aren’t caught up with politics in America. Trump is trying to rename Lake Ontario to Lake America and apparently had Apple rename it. Now I got two separate map apps telling me two different names for the same lake. I don’t know if his renaming thing worked or not (I highly doubt it) but just…I can’t

Google needs to stay out of politics! Dishonest and not for the people who made them who they are. Changing names on maps to get a kickback from the president of the United States. Illegal?

Don't know how common it is, but think it's interesting enough

I looked up Rockall on Google maps and it says it's a "rocky". There are many other "rockies" in Scotland, Iceland, Norway, etc. and probably around the world, which show up if you're at the right zoom level and just type in "Rocky". But what is a rocky? I have tried Google, Wikipedia, even AI but I can't find any information about what this category of geographical feature is, all my search results turn up tourist attractions with rocky in the name (e.g. Rocky Mountains, etc.) Dictionaries only have the adjective, and AI is just trying to gaslight me at this point.
