As we know, there are two main pairs of Hawks:

The humans Carter and Shiera, and the Thangarians Katar and Shayera.

Due to some complicated events, Katar and Shiera are currently dead, and Carter and Shayera are a couple at the end of the Venditte run.

And that's where I wonder, do you think the next Hawkbooks should address this? Of course, after everything that happened in Venditte, they know they love each other and are soulmates, but even so, Shayera is still primarily the policewoman who fell in love with her partner Katar Hol, who tragically died sacrificing himself to save Thanagar, and Carter is still primarily the archaeologist who fell in love with the Archaeologist, whose soul was fragmented after her death.

So I still think there's a different dynamic and worldview that they don't share with their original partners. Do you think this should be addressed?

As we know, the Hawks reincarnate through time and space. In the origin of the Golden Age, Hawks Carter and Shiera found artifacts from their past lives in ancient Egypt, which unlocked their memories.

However, a common misconception is that Hawks don't always remember their past lives. For example, Nighthawk and Cinnamon never remembered.

Another example is Sheila and James, the previous reincarnations of the Golden Age Hawks; they were beginning to recover their memories but were killed before they could.

We also have Catar-Ol, who remembered his past lives.

So, we have various cases. What I want to know is: do you think that remembering should be the norm, and that they rarely go through life without recovering, or the opposite? Is the pattern that Hawkman and Hawkwoman don't remember, and Carter and Shiera are actually exceptions?
