(I doubt it'd ever be relevant to this topic, but please avoid any spoilers for the game or story if you can!)
I'm just getting into the game for the first time and I'm currently 9 hours into the game, but I played all of that on my girlfriends PC while I was staying with her for a few days, but now that I'm back home and tried to play on my device, the data isn't available. It doesn't seem to be a steam or connection error because my achievements and total time played still display as they should, but the save file is gone. I asked my girlfriend and she says the save file is still appearing on her PC.

Please help, I've looked it up but can't find an answer. I can hear it the loudest in the gearbit room (first image). I saw those ninja toad enemies in the room from where I was in the second image, but then they seemed to have climbed up the stairs and clipped through the wall on the right? (You can see them dead in the third image.) How do I get up there? Is it another path entirely? Thanks!

For context, I just started HLD for the first time and went to the east section first.

Now Im stuck finding the pink thingies for the door where you encounter the pink guy the 2nd? time. I haven't found any of these and I searched the area already around 3 times over.

What do I have to look after? And please keep your responses spoiler-free, I like to enjoy this game without them.

This was really fun to make

So, I beat the game, completed two boss rushes, and finished half of an alt-run, but then I had to switch computers. I used the same Steam account with cloud saves enabled, yet none of my save files were there on the new computer. Even the boss rushes weren't unlocked! It was as if none of it had ever happened.

Any ideas on how to fix this or what the problem might be?

(I don't have access to my old computer)

I was going to playthrough completely blind but there are just too many choices for my adhd brain. Any advice on which way to go and which abilities are helpful to unlock first.
