Routine/ritual foreskin amputation is a sensationally sadistic offense that permanently diminishes the function and sensation of the penis, and often in a profound and life altering way. Severe early infancy penile can completely change the trajectory of neurological/psychosexual development.

Over the past 120 years, this mass mutilation has dramatically diminished the quality of life for 200+ million men in the United States alone.

3000+ a day, 1 million a year, are still being violently genitally butchered in this country.

It doesn't matter if people are "uneducated". You could make an argument that the Taliban is uneducated but it doesn't prevent violent retaliation against them. If you're going to genitally mutilate men, it needs to be known that those men will fight back.

In case you missed it, Michigan US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed was on Fox News and was talking to Jesse Watters. When Jesse asked El-Sayed about "mutilating" surgeries (he's talking about transgender healthcare) on minors, he responded by asking if Jesse was circumcised and said that their outrage was very selective.

Normally, I would praise El-Sayed for saying this to a transphobe's face. But there's a problem. El-Sayed is not anti-circumcision. In fact, he was exposed to the same medical textbooks that omitted the foreskin. He probably doesn't know any of the benefits of having one and why it's so useful during sex and keeping the glans safe.

I'm actually kinda frustrated that we could've had an intactivist in the US Senate. But sadly, that moment will have to wait.

I've been a long-term intactivist, more actively so in the last 4 years. I'm now manufacturing and selling devices to help guys with Phimosis (I know this won't be of benefit to many guys here but you can check other posts on my profile for the website if you're interested) - many of whom have been advised to get circumcised prior to seeking advice on the internet - and my attention is turning now to guys who have already been circumcised. I purchased a couple of Manhoods to test them out, and got a couple of guys I knew who had been cut to test them as well. They weren't keen. My feeling is that the design and material of the ones I tried were not optimum; At the very least, there is room for an alternative design and material that some may prefer. Yet despite what I consider to be weaknesses, the testimonials they have are monumental - it's a 150-page download, so there is clearly a benefit even to their design. So even a small improvement in some ways or different approach will definitely benefit some people.

So I've tested quite a lot of fabrics and narrowed it down to one, and have been experimenting with a couple of different design variations. With the fabric I've chosen, even I can wear it with my foreskin retracted all day, whereas if I keep my foreskin retracted in normal clothes I can't stand it for more than a couple of hours. So it should help with dekeratinisation of guys who were circumcised quite a long time ago, and it will definitely help guys who find having no foreskin uncomfortable in clothes, or even naked in bed. The design of the sleeve itself is close to sorted, but how to attach it so that it stays on is my main area of outstanding research, a problem that Manhood still has for me despite measures in their design to help it stay on.

So I'm looking for guys in or near London, UK, to be prototype testers.

It's very important to note this is not just about me selling a widget: There is a critically important political angle to this as well. When I am selling devices to foil a common excuse medical professionals to use to justify recommending circumcision, AND selling devices to circumcised guys to either help restore sensitivity, or protect them from excessive stimulation from normal clothes, that gives me a much stronger platform to stand on to make a noise. I think sadly, that the founder of Manhood, although he has done an interview with POTS, isn't really an intactivist campaigner as such; whereas my goal is to be much more proactive, and I already have a long track record of relatively high-profile, and successful, human rights campaigning.

I told you before that even now we still don't know how ugly and how nasty circumcision really is, that swathes of it are still kept deliberately obscure from us, that some of the parts where it gets the most monstrous and evil are when older boys that can resist get dragged into it, that some parents and medical staff show absolutely no mercy, and that what happens then is both incredibly heinous and studiously kept secret.

This short film provides evidence that even modern professional medical staff in a modern medical setting CAN and WILL forcibly hold down and sedate older boys that are crying and distressed, boys old enough to resist, corroborating many traumatic testimonies of unwanted circumcision that were shared online.

Nothing that I have ever seen in my life has provoked such a visceral reaction in me, what I've seen has confirmed every single one of the childhood fears and doubts that I have ever had regarding the medical system and parental care.

The movie was filmed in Israel in 2004 but I don't think it makes much of a difference. The process would look just as hideous if it was happening in the hospital of another country, and testimonies of boys being forced like this have come in from all over the world.

Not being a home born American I was not circumcised at birth. However, when I was 5 or 6 years old, the pediatrician diagnosed me with phimosis. I remember being in the operation room, and suddenly something from what's going on caught my attention and I remember myself asking "why are you going to cut off my pee pee (penis - but that's how I said it since I was 5 years old)?"

The doctor said it wasn't that. He said I had phimosis (I remember that word since that time) and he was going to cut a piece of skin. He said if he didn't do it he would have to put a needle on my penis for me to be able to urinate. (Now, I don't remember having problems urinating - which doesn't mean that I didn't have them, but I don't remember it).

I said: "I don't care, leave it like that, I like it like that". He must have repeated the same thing. I knew there was no arguing that would help me, so I tried to run. I remember getting off from the bed/table and trying to run, and I remember (a female nurse?) grabbing me from behind. I don't remember more.

It's still a violence, a terrible one dumb doctors force upon young boys, forcing upon them a barbaric and outdated procedure that only causes mental suffering and an excruciating physical pain. I suffered this as a kid and blocked this memory for decades, that's how my mind coped with this violence. Frankly I don't know, I've told this once or twice on Reddit, but seeing this in a recent thread gave me the will to repeat this story again.

If you want to be a good parent, don't force the retraction of your boy's foreskin, let his body take care of it. Inflicting brutal violence on him will only lead to several problems and pains, physical and mental.

I can't seem to find any mention of this case in intactivist circles despite its importance, has anyone heard of it?

France is unusual among Western countries for resisting "FGM" legislation ie discriminatory laws defacto making putting boys through the rite legal. They have relied on already existing legislation which is gender neutral ie the offence of aggravated violence resulting in mutilation (Articles 222-9 and 222-10). The same law used in cases of girls being put through the rite has been used in the case of a 13 year old boy from 2020 performed by a doctor in Tunisia where he was taken by his father. The boy's mother filed a criminal complaint in January 2020 so the case has dragged on for years but in April this year the appeals court ruled that the criminal case can proceed to trial as the act falls within the scope of the law.

Under French law (Article 222-9) mutilation is defined as substantial and irreversible loss of bodily substance/function and so the court has ruled the act as mutilation.

Note: I found it interesting that the barrister behind the linked blog is called Hassan Kohen - an unusual mixture of Arabic and Jewish names and not entirely irrelevant considering the subject matter!

I wish I could experience being intact. It would literally save my life. I don't understand why people downplay circumcision even here.

Everytime I get emotional about it, whether it be extremely negative or seriously depressed, I'm told to shut up. In both online, real life, and on Intactivist circles. I get told I'm "exaggerating" the negative effects of circumcision and am wasting my time. That I'm some fucking chud or what have you. Apparently, the loss of 99% of your sensation, the inablitity to have sex or masterbuate, and in general, complete castration if we are being honest, doesn't matter. I know it doesn't matter. It doesn't affect the newer generations if at all. Most parents aren't circumcising anymore.

They all get to be intact and be alive. Stay alive and enjoy all of their pleasure happily ever after. Sex and masterbuation is already at the peak for them. They get to enjoy peak life.

Not just sex, but peak life. Peak enjoyment. They get to actually be a man. They get to actually live.

And we suffer.

I wonder if parents circumcise their child because they can't stand them having a better sexual life. A vastly superier orgasm, wellbeing, what have you. I hate that I am part of the crowd of men that are castrated like this. I hate that everybody will soon hate cut men and basically reject them for it. They believe that circumcision, the removal of the foreskin (a natural part of a manhood no matter which way you look at it) is NOT a black and white slate. They think that circumcision, while being mostly useless, doesn't actually affect the men's sexuality in question while also not improving it.

This is called "fencesitting". It's a position taken when you don't want to offend anyone. You want to appear safe and kind to all even though one side is objectively wrong and the other isn't. Things like exist. Their called "black and white slates".

Circumcision is an objectively negative procedure. Why do you think they rape newborns for money and facial cream at birth? It's for multiple reasons, but one of them is to diminish sexual pleasure for the male. They don't want to you have sex since that would lead to happiness and general wellbeing. They want you to stop having sex entirely, both masterbuation and foreplay, vaginal and anal, and, as a result, sexuality.
