Do you allow Disney+, Hulu, Netflix at your school district?

"Can I watch that movie in my classroom?"

Teachers have the right under fair-use copyright law to use movies, tv shows, and other copyrighted content in their classroom for the purpose of education. However, there are often situations that blend the boundaries between education and entertainment. Do you allow Disney+, Hulu, Netflix at your school district?

Nope.

Amazon Prime Video Terms of Service (See section 4, subparagraph 'h:' "Amazon grants you a...license, ...for personal, non-commercial, private use.")

Hulu / Disney+ Terms of Service (See section 1, subparagraph 'a' "The Services are provided to individuals for their personal, noncommercial use only. Companies, commercial establishments, associations and other groups may not purchase or use the Services")

Paramount+ Terms of Service (See subparagraph 9.4: "..we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to install and make non-commercial, personal use of the Service...")

YouTube TV/Movies Terms of Service (See paragraph 5: "...you may access and use that Paid Service, for your personal, non-commercial use only...") Note that this is for paid services, not necessarily all of YouTube.com, but paid subscriptions and purchases of movies and tv similar to Amazon Prime.

Netflix Terms of Service is only published to users or during the account creation process, when logged into your Netflix account, find the ToS and see subparagraph 4.2: "...any content accessed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only..."
