Hello everyone,im a massive fan of Kurzgesagt here and I loved the "Terraforming Mars Quickly" video, I decided to actually run the thermodynamic and orbital equations on the orbital laser and Titan nitrogen proposals & make my first youtube video.

The results were actually bigger than what i expected:

• The Lasers: To vaporize 8 meters of crust requires ∼3×10^25 Joules . Even if we used a 20 Petawatt continuous laser array, it would demand almost 80% of a Kardashev Type I civilization's entire planetary energy budget for 50 straight years.
• The Titan Logistics: To move 3,000 trillion tons of Nitrogen using 15kg mass drivers (firing every 40 seconds) would take over 250 Billion Years. If they arrived at Mars at 12km/s, the kinetic entry energy would be over 50 Billion Megatons (enough to liquefy the crust).

I put together a full, detailed documentary breaking down the peer-reviewed math, the atmospheric chemistry, and the L1 magnetic shield paradox.

Since This is My First Youtube Video I Would like to hear feedback on stuff that is great and stuff that's bad and i want to grow my channel.

I am just curious and not arguing against colonising it. I know nothing of value out there. It probably does have the similar minerals we could extract. Maybe I am looking too far in the future too ask this question. Technological progress does run faster and faster. Who know what type of industry we would need in 70 years.

I’m a big fan of both space exploration and For All Mankind, so I wanted to recreate the show’s vision of Mars entirely in LEGO.
The build includes Happy Valley, several spacecraft and vehicles from the series, and a layered Martian landscape that was probably my favorite part to design.
This Mars section is actually part of a much larger build covering the Moon, Mars and Titan — around 3,000 pieces in total.
