That's what this one did. At some point I stopped looking at the questions and just randomly clicked the answers. There's other shit jobs in my area

Fast food is surprisingly difficult, fast paced work.

They benefit from having functional workers if they’re able to just like any other business.

Are they paying people to take this test though? Because if not, then they can't expect them to give the same level of attention that they would if they were being paid. None of this is relevant to this garbage.

No one wants to work minimum wage jobs, they are there for one thing and one thing only, money. This isn't a career for 95% of people who apply, this is a job. You flip burgers and go home. This personality shit is nonsense, they aren't going to be showing basic level of care even when they are working.. its minimum wage, they shouldn't care.

Yeah I've seen that as a customer at a lot of places. Really sucks and makes you not want to shop or order again from those types. I don't need people to treat it like a career. Just like, do the bare minimum, not less.

Your frustration is misplaced, don't blame the workers, blame the business for not paying them a living wage. Compare your interactions with workers at places that pay well vs minimum wage. The bare minimum is literally just the actual job though, not forcing yourself to pretend to be enthusiastic while you are doing it.

Yeah higher wages tend to act like a filter. Better employees are kept. Ones who don't give a shit are canned. The people who can't do the bare minimum drift to the bottom of the barrel where the best they can get is a minimum wage job.

Even if the minimum wage doubled, I'd still support filtering otu people who make everything worse for customers and their fellow employees. It sucks working with these types and buying from them. I'm glad some people do their job even if that job isn't paying the best - they certainly deserve more than the other types of people.

At least with gig work there's now a place for the worst minimum wage employees to go. I don't buy it that people who don't care about what they do and can't be bothered to pay attention briefly are going to become model workers if they're handed a few extra bucks lol. I support pay increases to help those who don't get filtered and actually do the work, not the types who fail instantly and drag down everyone they interact with. Let the latter get forced out
