It's just where the money is. Some ten years ago it was popular to be pro-queer and politically correct so the big tech companies all went with the rainbow flags and cracked down on hate speech. Now fascism is popular so now they appeal to that.

I think this controversy will actually end up being GOOD for business, though, if you think about it. I'm sure there are A LOT of people who will go to show support; people who, otherwise, wouldn't have visited. I think they'll be okay, in the end.
