I’m 30 years old and planning to move from Serbia to Montclair, New Jersey. I’m trying to figure out whether I’m financially prepared to start a new life in the U.S.
I currently have around $30,000 in savings. Would that realistically be enough to get started — rent an apartment, pay the deposit and other move-in costs, buy a decent used car, get insurance, furniture and cover my living expenses while I look for work?

My parents who live in Upper Montclair just lost their grey cat Babr. He is very shy and skiddish. Please message me if you see a cat that looks like him but do not go up to him, he will run away. They have called the local shelters and are actively looking for him
