Hardware PSU fails dramatically

It was Antec. They said they had been having an issue with a supplier substituting inferior parts that weren't up to spec, hence the rebuild.

They gave us no problems about it, at all. And the new power supply they provided worked perfectly and is still in use today.

They gave you no problems after almost destroying your lives?

Well, that's nice of them.
