My partner ako and pinanganak sya sa Micronesia. Filipino ang father and Micronesian mother. Dinala sya sa Pinas nung 8 pa lang sya dahil naghiwalay na ang parents.

2 yrs ago, nagpasa kami ng requirements sa DFA Aseana via email. Kulang sya ng marriage contract ng parents nya and sabi nila hindi pwede isali yung marriage cert sa affidavit of non submission. We explained na marriage license lang ang hawak because we are not sure kung kasal ba ang parents nya talaga. Father nya kasi ay 36 na nung kinasal while the mother is only 15. Pero apelido naman ng father nya ang gamit ng mother nya until now. And wala na relatives sa Micronesia ang partner ko so pano kami kukuha. Di na kami sinagot ng DFA Aseana

So nag-email kami sa Consular office nila sa Agana , Guam (bale under kasi nila ang Micronesia and sa kanila din ipapasa ng DFA Aseana yung case and requirements) Need ng marriage cert and kung sakali di kasal, yung cert of no marriage daw. Patulong daw kami sa president ng Filipino community makakuha marriage cert doon and so we did. He asked for special power of attorney para authorized sya maglakad dun ng documents. Nagpadala pa kami via DHL kahit mahal. Inutang pa nga yung pampadala sa kanila kaso pinaasa lang kami di kami tinulungan. Then ngayon, puro seen na lang messages ko. Yung mother ng partner ko naman wala din maitulong and mahirap kausap.

So nag-email ako both sa Agana and DFA Aseana. We are asking kung ano pwede ipasa na alternative sa marriage contract. Di ako masagot ng ayos so I filed a complaint sa 8888 since 2yrs na namin inaasikaso.

Ang tanong ko, meron ba dito na kulang din ng marriage cert sa Report of Birth? Or halimbawa birth cert ng parents. Naayos nyo ba? May nakakaalam ba dito ano dapat gawin talaga? Please help us

Sa ngayon po kasi ay 20% premium po kaming COS kaso subject to availability of funds yun kaya baka next year, back to 5% na uli. Hello! I tried to apply sa Provincial Govt Office samin and Job Order sya. First job ko po ito sana as a fresh grad. 1 hr away lang din sya sa bahay with less than 100 pesos fare balikan. The HR told me na it would be 560 per day, and during holidays and class suspension, no pay talaga sya. Worth it po ba i-push through ito, with 3 months before ma-assess for regularization? After 3 months, can I request for a higher position or may regular pay pa po bukod doon sa 560? I am CS Professional naman na po. Just curious pano po nag-wwork 'yung ganito. Thanks so much!

Una, pinaulit-ulit ako magfill out ng e4 kasi kada field na bakante ay dapat lagyan isa-isa ng N/A 🙄 tas 2 copies pa lol.

Kung kelan tama na yung placement ng N/A, saka sinabing di pa rin ako pwede magproceed kasi di ko dala orig PSA birth cert ko. Dala ko naman yung photocopy ng birth cert + original & photocopy ng NBI clearance, TIN ID, digital national ID + other IDs that bear my complete name. Lahat yun binase sa PSA birth cert ko.

Realized na sa MySSS lang naman may error sa name ko so I asked uli saan pwede magpaassist. Pinapila ako sa e-Center, waited for n minutes then finally natawag din…only to find out na cinut daw ng system yung first name ko due to character limit, and thus need ko pa rin magpaupdate ng name via e4 form with supporting docs & IDs.

System ng portal ang may kakulangan, pero miyembro magdurusa at magpapagod para itama ang mali ng sistema nila. TAMA BA YUN? PATAS BA YUN?

Baka pwede isync na lang ng SSS yung records nila sa system. Beke nemen. System nila nagkaproblema so dapat naman sila mag-ayos di baaaaa

We are renewing my daughter’s passport but unfortunately my name on her birth certificate is Ma. instead of Maria. Now I have to have her BC annotated and I heard it takes months? We have a travel on December so we really need to have her passport renewed. When I applied her for a new one 10 years ago they did not mind the wrong spelling of my name, now they told me that they are stricter and need an annotated birth certificate.

Is there an option to expedite it? And how much does it cost kaya? To someone who had the same experience, how did it go for you?

For context, hindi kami kasal ng Dad niya pero naka-surname siya sa Dad niya.

My concern is: working na ako abroad, and ang dad niya ang primary taga-alaga niya. Parang may nabasa kasi ako before na kapag kukuha ng passport ang minor, need kasama ang Mom. Mag kaka-problema ba sila eventually or wala naman? Any other requirements na need i-present? Tia!

yung branagay ko kasi isang copy lang binigay at inadvise na iphotocopy ko. then nagpa nbi clearance ako at yung kinuha ay yung original and ipa-CTC ko nalang daw yung copies. need daw kasi nung seal para tanggapin nila.

yung barangay naman, sabi may need pa puntahan na ibang office bago raw nila gagawing CTC kaso di nila ako masyado tinuruan huhu
