When will Congress restart that 60 day clock to at least TRY not to concede their constitutional authority to another branch???

The 60 day clock doesn’t matter. Operation southern spear went on for 11 months without congressional approval or extension

Im pretty sure all the 60 day clock functionally does is make the military cycle out which goons they have over there doing the war crimes on an approximately bimonthly schedule.

The only reason it doesn't matter is Congress is abdicating it's authority to the President on this matter. If Congress actual tried to govern, they could either declare war or force withdrawal of forces.
