It was not narrow to Konan. USPS can legally not deliver mail for any reason, including vibes.

The court held that the United States Postal Service is immune to suits for money damages for failure to deliver the mail even when postal employees intentionally and maliciously refuse to deliver the mail.

I deliver the mail, if I hold you mail back because I don't feel like it, I lose my job. It's surprisingly pretty simple.

Not if you lay the turd with the ends pointing up and downhill. Diarrhea will trickle down a bit, but it tends to spread out and sort of soak into the dirt. Even a properly laid cable will get hung up on the grass after a foot or 2, unless it's particularly heavy and you polish it up real good. This idiom isn't very satisfying.

You the individual can be responsible in that you can be fired. USPS the organization can not be held responsible and will face no consequences and the person needing the mail will just never get their mail

Dude read the headline. SUED! It says the post office can't be sued. It doest say the post office can voluntarily not deliver your mail because they feel like it. Yes, there are reasons you can have you mail held. What are you struggling to understand? She is trying to sue for damages for mail not received, she was told by the supreme Court that she can sue the post office for that reason.
