Mitch Mcconnell has been dead for almost three months

How has there not been a leak from that hospital in all this time? Or even from his staff?

Personally I think McConnell is alive but vegetative. That would permit this strange limbo where he still lives and thus still legally holds his seat whereas a death certificate, burial plans, etc would leak.

This sub often forgets that conspiracies require absolute secrecy and people are dogshit at keeping secrets.

He didn't go to the hospital and his staff collect six figures salaries as long as they can pretend he's dead.

Well, I will argue that he is 'functionally dead', whether or not he has a heartbeat, because nothing else would explain how he is completely ghosting the media and 'proving' he is alive with doctored evidence.
