Planning to stack regularly, but wanted to share the start

Years ago an old timer told me when you see events like these advertised, you can expect a rise in precious metal prices. True or wishful thinking?

Had the Johnson Matthey bars out, figured I’d share! Love the weight of the 50oz bars. The shape and size are very rewarding to stack atop one another. Still, the collection is never ending.

Just got this delivered today paid an extra £3 to get tge hallmarks

Went in to a local coin shop in Tustin, CA to test the waters. Offered them $265 worth of 90% constitutional. Some of it circulated, some unc. It was a few of those display boxes sold by companies like Littleton to unsuspecting people, but the silver was good. I didn't account for any numismatic value (there were a few coins that were definitely worth more than spot including a seated dime worth maybe $30 or so. I also didn't account for 40% (of which there were a few) or Clad. Just the silver alone was spot at $265. They offered $200 or 25% back of spot, also not accounting for the extra coins or numismatic value.

When I replied, "oh, that's a bit lower than I thought", they went through the usual "silver is falling right now. Come in when it's going up. What am I going to do with that? I'm going to have to crack them out. The refineries blah blah blah...." etc.

25% back of spot. What do we think about that?

Reasonable? Egregious? The market right now?

Just curious where everyone is at?

I usually buy from JMBullion or Monument Metals deals or sales page every two weeks or so. Neither of their sales/deals pages are very interesting. JM especially has crap right now. A shitty morgan and some junk.

Monument hasn't really updated their deals in a while, and I've already bought everything I really wanted off that page.

Has anyone seen any interesting deals? hand pours, interesting bars or rounds? RCM stuff? (I don't buy ASEs)
