I make pizza every Friday and have found TJs dough to be really good if treated right.

Here is my method:
- divide bag of dough into 4 smooth balls
- cover and refrigerate the dough balls for about 24hrs
- spread the dough from the center out, do NOT roll the dough otherwise you’ll lose the air bubbles that make a nice airy crust.
There are plenty of YT videos for how to form or stretch pizza dough.
- go light on the tomato sauce. I use the canned San marzano or marzanino tomatoes and blend them. You can also just crush them with your hands if you like chunky sauce.

I cook in a very hot pizza oven (500-600) for a couple minutes.

I bought this beauty on a whim in July and omg I love it! After doing some research on its care I realized that it was actually a white wizard, and not a white princess lol. it keeps sprouting new leaves and loves the window. first pic is of right now, second pic is what it looked like when I got it. its completely moved around to face towards the window lol

My mother is going to Minneapolis in two weeks and will be visiting Trader Joe’s for the first time. She is driving 8 hours from Canada (this is the closest location) so whatever she buys can’t be frozen or refrigerated. She has offered to bring some things back for me, but I am not sure what they offer! Please send me some recommendations.

My local grocery store seems to only carry elegance ranunculus in orange. I happened to be in the area where a Trader Joe’s is and couldn’t pass up the butterfly ranunculus. Love the different hues and the airiness they add to the bouquet.

Beefless bulgogi. Smoky, had a subtle snapping texture like meat with your teeth, tastes GREAT and makes a great addition to any meal, and the slices are a great size. Look, other stuff is great. Amazing, even. But this item could be a life changer quite literally. Honestly it's just the easiest option for meat if you're busy, too.

Bought a pack of the seasonal apple cider donuts. 6 pack.

Found them to be pretty boring tbh with hardly any apple flavor. Dry as well.

However, looking through the comments in this sub we tried the air fryer recommendation and by golly, they were such an improvement! Really tasted like a churro and they really were absolutely delicious. Tried them with and without ice cream. Loved both ways.

Would I buy them again? Absolutely, but only to put them in the air fryer.
