Hi, I've been struggling a lot recently with things going on in my life, and I haven't been able to make it to college as often. My course requires 80% attendance, which I fear I am below right now. If I still do well in exams and score 80%+ is attendance important?

Hey guys. I am an international student in TU Dublin computer science year 3. I am on stamp 2. I got an internship with amazon for 6 months starting from march to august. Amazon told me that stamp 2 is not enough evidence as it allows only part time. I uploaded the letter from university stating that this internship is integral part of my degree and carry credits. But still amazon says insufficient evidence. Can any one guide me on what to do now? I saw on irish immigration website that students on stamp 2 can do full time work placement if its part of degree and university issues a letter stating this. Am i mistaken? Are stamp 2 students not allowed to work full time even if its part of degree? What should i do next?

Did anyone here did a 6 month placement for year 3 while being on stamp 2? If so what documents did you guys submit for work authorization?

I am considering TUD for a master's program in Technology and Innovation Management. But I wanted to know if you guys had any reviews about this program. Anyone here who is perhaps a graduate of this particular program, or is currently enrolled in it, or knows someone who fits one of those descriptions. I had a few questions, and I'd be grateful if someone could shed some light on them.

1. Is the course good? At the end of the year, would you say you have learnt anything in this course that can be helpful in your career?
2. How intensive is the course?
3. What are the actual chances of finding employment after this course in the fields of Business Analytics, Product Ownership, etc?

Considering ,Design -Visual communications in Tud, degree in grangegorman ,as I enjoy art (and am quite good), but the only career that I can think I would like is in the marketing/digital marketing industry ,preferably the more creative side of things,would this be a good course for this career or should I do a course in just marketing and then I could just do a short course after wards for graphic design or something ,I feel that this route would make me employable but I would definitely enjoy the design course more ,I’m just thinking about making gettinf a job easier for when I graduate ,does anyone have any advice that would really help ?

r/tud hey, does anyone know that Duolingo (DET) test is accepted to get admission in TU 207 Sustainable Electrical Energy also if anybody can give me real insights of the course as i am going to apply for it.

Hey I came across TU828 recently and I’ve been wanting to put it on my CAO because I love engineering and it accepts ordinary level maths. It says you specialise in Automations or Mechanical Engineering, but when I look at the modules after year 2 it seems to be very biomedical based? Does anyone know if it’s mechanical engineering with a bio focus or maybe just the website is not right? Thanks!

I’m a level 7 mechatronic student doing their final year at TUD, but for some reason my fees are incorrect. They have charged me with international non-EU fees, despite being an Irish citizen and an EU resident.

I had submitted a ticket with supporting documentation since last early September and had no luck of having it corrected.

I was wondering if anyone here is in the same boat as me? As I’m tired of emailing them and going to the student hub without an answer.

The weird part is that I have a sibling attending the same campus, but they’re getting charged the EU fees and I’m not. Despite being in the same household.

For anyone who’s graduated from TU Dublin Tallaght before were you able to park on campus on your graduation day, or was it fully restricted? And are they strict on only two guests
