Lose-Lose situation
 in  r/Sproutsfarmersmarket  1d ago

Yeah, my life would be a lot less stressful if they didn't harp on overtime so much. It's usually only me in my department except for one day, so I have to stay late often. Then rush around on Sunday (our busiest day) panicking trying to get everything done in 4 or 5 hours due to cutting overtime. Then corporate constantly adds extra tasks to your daily work load, as if your currently tasks aren't already not humanly possible for one person.

It's not like they have to just give overtime to everyone, but at least allow it for those of us that need it.

Pizza × Overrated

Marcos. I don't think it's as good as everyone says it is.

Pizza × Best

Domino's. Their handmade pan pizza is unbeatable among the chain pizza restaurants.

The newest Beyond the Case investigating the disappearance of Anthonette!

In this episode, they interviewed Ron Perry, who is one of the two main suspects in Anthonette's disappearance. To no one's surprise, he denied knowing anything about her disappearance. He did end up tearing up towards the end of the interview after seeing Sadie's plea for information via video. Just as they said in the video, it's hard to tell if he was getting emotional due to guilt or if he genuinely felt emotional seeing Sadie after all of these years and reliving that time in his life.

I do feel like he is hiding something. Penny placed him at the scene of Anthonette's kidnapping, alongside Emo. Ron Perry's ex-girlfriend even said that he came home shortly after the time Penny claimed she officially checked to make sure that Anthonette was gone. Emo dropped him off, immediately skipped town, and was never seen again. Has anyone else watched the video? I'd love to know thoughts! I really hope they can track down Emo. There is currently someone by his name living in Mesa, AZ and he does supposedly have ties to Arizona and California.

Do you remember the First Character you ever married in the Series? :)

Same here! I was obsessed with Nami and loved that she preferred cool artifacts instead of flowers. I'd wait outside her hotel room for her to wake up every morning.

Gustafa was the first boy I married in Another Wonderful Life, but I still wanted Nami. Lol. The boy choices in AWL suck.

Uh-oh guys, Peach got ghosted again.

I agree that ghosting is messed up, but can you imagine how she would react if you tried to explain that you're just not that into her? Maybe they are just terrified of poking the bear.

Well...it happened, Patient Zero detected

It's sad, really. Once upon a time, people had pride in their appearance. They would actually bother to put on some nice clothes before they leave the house. Now people don't bother to put on ANY clothes. I see people on the daily door dashing and instacarting in stained pajamas, hair all disheveled, stinking of marijuana and ashtray. There is no individuality, no shame, no self respect.

I am equally disturbed if a fat or skinny person come in with no clothes. I think that the "enormous" thing was just so we could visualize the scene and it did do that for me. Lol.

I was late for work and didn't realize the extent of it until I climbed in. 😭

My grossest experience was a guy that was covered in a dried white substance, had greased up slicked back hair, his car smelled like BO and spoiled milk, seats covered in crumbs, and his car was littered with empty gallons of milk. It was fucking bizarre and one of the worst things I've ever smelled.

What was your childhood Taco Bell order and how much did it cost?
 in  r/tacobell  18d ago

There was not a taco bell in the town I grew up in, but when I was around 12-13 we moved to the city and my order was a Crunchwrap supreme, no sour cream or tomatoes and a cheesy fiesta potatoes, no sour cream or chives. Now I am not as picky. 😅

Yes, she is bisexual but her partner is a male. She made a clarification on one of her streams that she wasn't trying to steal any lesbian thunder and she was confused as to why he was narrowing in on her being a lesbian and "licking snizz".

She was rating women? Like on their looks? As if she has any room to talk about other women's looks!

She also said on her personal channel that she is not a lesbian and has a male partner, so she's not sure why he was saying that.

What happened to make you an atheist
 in  r/atheism  23d ago

Being raised Jehovah's Witness, being shunned at 16 for saying I don't believe in it, and becoming homeless because of it contributed.

Years later, I tried exploring religion again and realized it was all the same judgemental game where everyone thinks their version is right. People will condemn others when their side of the street is not clean. I think discovering Christopher Hitchens for the first time really sealed the deal for me.
