I recommend brushing their teeth instead. Dogs already have a better mouth bacteria than people and it helps prevent plaque to some degree so it's ok to brush teeth 1-2 times a week and they'll never need to be put under anesthesia for a dental in their lives.

You should be allowed to plant in your garden whatever you want (aside from invasive species obviously) because it's your property.

My dog was explosive like this before training with her daily. She still growls to communicate her discomfort with other dogs being too close, but the training toned her down by like 90%.
