Can a relationship be redeemed after premarital sex?
 in  r/ChristianDating  Apr 04 '24

Right. I’ve read somewhere that Christians should learn what and when to fight and what and when to flee.

No one showed up to my 5 year old’s birthday party.
 in  r/TrueOffMyChest  Mar 12 '23

This just made me cry. Tsk. But I hope he feels better soon, but still, it was too bad for a 5-year-old to experience this. I hope it does not haunt him till he gets old. God bless you, kid!

What passages or verses are you studying right now?
 in  r/ChristianDating  Mar 01 '23

I agree with you, if you can, you can check the passage out sometime! It's really a good reminder! God bless you.

Right now, I am reading through 2 Chronicles specifically in Chapter 15-17 since I'm on my career shift season and this gives me so much peace that relying on God is very important and there's actually potential danger when we rely on something other than the Lord.

i have a bit of a problem

I experience the same thing! I used to be a huge fan of hers, and she's undeniably an excellent artist crafting cool songs but later on, I just felt conflicted about listening to her music because yes, it was full of revenge, some bitterness, and cultivating hate which as a Christian I try to avoid. I always believe that art affects us in some type of way. And I do not judge her ability, nor her in general, but as a Christian, it just feels conflicting to practice fruits of the spirit and sing a song that is totally the opposite.

Currently reading "Atomic habits". The fact that the quadrants go clockwise hurts me so much lol. Good book tho

And I agree that the quadrants that go clockwise are sore eyes 😆

One of the best books I have ever read. Very influential, direct, and motivational. Haha I love the "thermodynamics" part of it where it says that our habits store as "latent" potential. Good book, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
