Looking for possible information
Forgive me for this odd post, but I’m desperate. I cannot name names here, but I am after possible information regarding a man (40’s) in Wagga who runs a local mental health social support group. (Not the men’s group) Without getting into too much detail and giving away my identity, I am trying to find information on this person for safety reasons. I have been given information from some women that they have been harassed or uncomfortable situations like myself in some way or another by this person and I’m trying to get a record of how many people have experienced this and exactly when. I know this isn’t the best place to post, but I can’t take it as public as Facebook.
Or even if you have any suggestions on how I might go about finding out information. I have been led to believe he was charged around the timeframe of 2017-2019 but I don’t have proof either.
I know this is a super small chance of someone knowing who I’m talking about or has any information, but if you know anything about who I’m referring too, or even heard stories please message me.

Mount Austin man cleared of illegal dumping charges because the council was a no-show in court
dailyadvertiser.com.au"Putland, representing himself, was facing one count of committing an illegal dumping offence of waste greater than 50 litres or 50 kilograms. This resulted from an illegal dumping incident on October 28 last year on Plumpton Road, Lake Albert."
"In court, Putland said he was not in town on that day as he was away working and that an unopened letter with his name on it had been found in the rubbish."
"Judge Christofi noted that the Wagga City Council prosecutor had failed to appear to prosecute the matter and had failed to do so on the two previous occasions the matter was in court. Judge Christofi said there had been no correspondence from the council, leaving him no choice but to dismiss the charge and send Putland home."
