HELP - URGENT New python owner

My girl isn’t eating , she’s widening her jaws a lot , i also think she might be showing signs of some scale rot or a bad shed & she’s also been glass surfing quite a bit. all bad signs from what i’ve watched so far and im also having trouble keeping a good temp for her

Give her a few weeks to get adjusted to the new area.

I am a rather new owner myself but you should try to cover a good portion of your top mesh with aluminium foil. That keeps both humidity and warmth inside. For humidity I also got the tip to pour water in a corner so it goes under the substrate while the top stays dry and then evaporates through.

Having issues with temp? Do you have a thermostat?

Second the foil / foil tape covering at least 2/4 of the mesh. As well also cover the right side of the glass as they don’t like to have too much exposure. Overall the tank is a bit too large for her even though the setup looks great with lots of clutter. Would suggest starting her in something smaller and eventually upgrading her to this one when she’s bigger. Also how long have you had her? It’s very likely she won’t eat for a few weeks until she’s used to her new environment. Snakes be like that sometimes
