Lumby is earth because it's the starting zone or the base of the world just like earth is the base and ground under everything. Varrock is fire because it's the big city with action. Falador is water as it is the kingdom between Kandarin and Misthalin so things flow through it between the kingdoms.

To me, Varrock should be water, Lumby earth and Fally fire - Just going off of the progression of rune levels from air>water>earth>fire and the levels required to cast the tele spells at 25>31>37

Respawn tele is a different spell that's on the Arceuus spell book. Home tele depends on your spell book. On the standard spell book, it's a Lumbridge tele.

No, the home teleport spell isn't based on your respawn point, each spellbook as a set location.
Standard: Lumbridge
Ancients: Edgeville
Lunars: Lunar Isle
Arceuus: Dark Altar
There is a spell in the Arceuus spellbook which teleports you to your respawn point, but that's a regular spell costing a law and soul rune.

I got so annoyed when they started adding other teleports w/o air runes (like civitas, kourend, ardougne, watchtower).
fire - varrock, water - falador, earth - lumby

For what it is and the size of it, its well-executed. Give it a week and you’ll have no clue what’s in the middle circle and what the number in the top left is. Another couple of weeks and all of the pixels will blend together, I’d be curious how Legible the law rune is at that point.
I’d be VERY interested in an updated photo in like 2 months if you don’t mind OP.

This isn’t teleport to house y’all. Teleport to house uses one air rune. While lumbridge tele uses 3 like the tattoo. So I don’t think the tattoo has meaning like “home is always right here” like some of you are saying lol

I love the tattoo, and I'm very worried about the air rune in the next couple of years
Make sure you're keeping this out of the sun, not because the tattoo is bad, but because white ink and light shading should never see the light of day because of how easily it is damaged by the sun. Make sure after it's healed you regularly exfoliate and moisturise it!
