And since you don't really lose anything by dying you can just play with pvp toggle on and engage in PvP once in a while, if it gets annoying you can go back to a major city and toggle it off. Its the perfect system

It's the perfect system for you.

In reality, no one world pvps anymore. Not only that, it also causes confusion in the occasional m+ when people show up to the summoning stone with different warmode settings.

That's just an skill issue on blizzard's part, they could come up with some way to avoid that but they are a small indie company and all that
