Windows Secure boot crashing my pc

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

To play valorant on windows 11, secure boot needs to be enabled but whenever it is enabled my whole pc crashes/stutters like the video. Ive already reinstalled windows twice and my bios is up to date.

Specs: rtx 5070
7800x3d
asrock b650m-cx r2.0 motherboard (uefi bios)

I highly doubt that its a valorant issue because not only does the game stutter but everything else stutters. One thing I noticed was that when I’m in the settings ingame and the screen freezes, I can still move my mouse around sometimes but when I’m not in settings I can’t. Any help would be appreciated this is my 3rd or 4th time trying to find help about this

Check event viewer to see if you have any alerts or errors when this happens.

I’m seeing Kernel-Power 41. I’m not sure what it is but I’m assuming its my psu?

Your computer would fully crash and reboot if that was what is happening when you game, but that doesn't look to be the case. It's another issue buried in there, or possibly another hardware fault.

The only issue that I see is the kernel power 41 and I notice that it’s only on the dates that I turn secure boot on.
