Time for that bi-monthly check in!
I'll admit I don't have much at the moment, but I do have:
-Walmart Neighborhood Market at the corner of Heritage Parkway/Emerson
-Full Walmart at Heritage SE/95...just off Babcock
-Chipotle at Heritage SE/Babcock
-Publix at corner of Heritage/192

I’m looking to find a general hobby store that sells RC planes/helicopters/cars/drones and model rockets
If anyone might know a great place to go for these in 321 please let me know, Thank You!
Does anyone know when the county-by-county discount weekends are this year? They usually post around this time. I missed it last year because they only posted on social media and didn't send out an email about it, even though I was on their mailing list. Thanks!

Trying to find an individual in the area who does commissions in a traditional art style (acrylic/watercolor/etc). The subject matter would mostly be nature photos. Even if you arent one of these individuals but you know where I might find some, that would also be helpful.

Blah Blah Blah,
Selling a few historical guns and I’m sorta new to this area. I don’t really shoot this anymore and would rather get some money flow and they go to good homes who will appreciate them more.
Any advice on a reputable gunshop in Brevard to sell to?
Thanks in advance.

This mom should never have had children in the first place. Calling the police to scare your kid straight is wild. Where is the dad?
The Melbourne Police basically committed battery on a 16 year old, dislocated his arm, and are now bullshitting everyone. The police report is full of outright lies. The police office that dislocated the kids arm was allowed to resign. No consequences.

Does anyone know a rescue that would take a Muscovy Duck? There's an injured one at Gleason Park.
I tried Florida Wildlife Hospital but they're not native here, so looking for somewhere that doesn't only take wildlife.

Hello! Looking for suggestions for piano lessons where they come to you? I’m a total beginner and just feel like a little structure/guidance would put me on a better path. Didn’t know if anyone had worked with any teachers in the area.
TIA!

Does anyone know if the Titusville Playhouse is doing Rocky Horror this year? I've gone for the past three years and it's become tradition. I checked their page and didn't see any showtimes for it despite having lots of shows lined up into 2027.. Could it be advertised later in the season? Any inside Intel would be appreciated.
PS - RIP the late and great (phenomenal) Tim Curry 💔

David J. Miller, was caught on camera sexually abusing his severely disabled sister who was dependent on him for care. The police report was absolutely horrific. Following the case, this man kept postponing court and postponing, all while walking free. He finally went to court to face judgment, but took a VERY sweet plea deal and got off with an ankle monitor and 4 years probation. Hardly faced any jail time as his first arrest for this matter he was able to bond out. And according to records, his court supervision fees are waived of cost as well. I’m outraged by this.

Does anyone else wish there was an indoor pickleball facility on the mainland instead of out in satellite beach.

Why do you suppose there's no EDM nightclubs in the 321? Too many retirees? Too chill of vibe? Allot of younger people I talk to all talk about being bored. Back in the day that was the best way to listen to good music, socialize, date. It kind of surprises me there isn't at least one bar/club that has a dedicated night to a club vibe.

Saw this link in another sub:
https://www.nrdc.org/resources/lead-pipes-are-widespread-and-used-every-state
Brevard appears to rival large cities in the number of "Service lines that contain any lead pipe or contain galvanized pipe and were previously downstream from a lead source", and this indicates that Cocoa has more lead pipes than Atlanta or Pittsburgh, which sounds pretty impressive and not in a good way.
My understanding is that we are getting federal funds based on this to supposedly get it remediated...but having lived in the area a long time, while I don't drink a lot of tap water, I still find it troubling.

Hello Space Coast,
Does anyone have a recommendation on someone who repairs brick wall? There are so many pavers and mason, but many don't do small repairs.
Thank you in advance!
