I did my frist ironman this year. To be fair, I don't really want to do another one, but never say never. Anyway, at 43, I am feeling stronger than ever. Now, after three months of physical and mental recovery, I'm back in the gym every day. Growing stronger every day.

My better half has lived around here since her teenage years, and I for almost 9 years. It has become increasingly hard to find a friend group to even go for drinks once in a while. What is something you have done to “put yourself out there?”

After a short run of work travel, I made it home in time for my bday and it could not have been a better day.

I miss being in my 30s but I wouldn’t go back. Other than some low back pain life is pretty great.

My cat is 10 years old so he is over 40 in human age 😸

Not sure why my beard is very gray, but the hair on my head isn't. At least I have that going for me.
