In the beginning there was not darkness.
There was not emptiness.
There was not the cold and lifeless void modern minds have imagined between the stars.
For the void has never existed.
The universe did not emerge from nothing, because nothingness itself is impossible. Even silence contains the possibility of song. Even stillness carries the memory of motion. Even the blackness behind closed eyes trembles with dreams waiting to awaken.
No
before creation there was fullness so complete it appeared as perfect balance.
A harmony beyond division.
A circle without beginning or end.
A living zero.
And within this eternal equilibrium rested Sophia.
Not merely a goddess among other gods, but the soul of intelligibility itself. The hidden wisdom woven beneath existence. The beauty from which beauty borrows its name. She was the stillness before the symphony, the geometry before the stars, the unspoken meaning toward which every poem strains helplessly upward.
She was not lonely.
Perfection has no loneliness.
But perfection overflows.
And so Sophia beheld the infinite radiance of her own being and desired the one thing even eternity could not possess alone:
Relationship.
Not obedience.
Not worship.
Love.
And because true love requires freedom, she did not create a machine.
She created a cosmos.
The eternal balance curved inward upon itself like a dancer turning toward her unseen partner, and in that impossible moment the first distinction appeared.
Light kissed shadow.
Time touched eternity.
Matter embraced spirit.
And the universe burst open like a rose of fire.
Galaxies spun themselves into being like jeweled crowns upon the brow of the infinite. Stars ignited across the heavens like candles lit in a cathedral without walls. Worlds formed from dust and longing and music unheard by mortal ears.
Creation was not an explosion.
It was a confession.
And Sophia, beholding this living tapestry unfolding from her own depths, gave rise to the eternal King.
Her counterpart.
Her witness.
Her beloved.
He was not ruler in the mortal sense, but sovereign in the sacred one: the guardian of meaning, the defender of beauty, the flame willing to descend into darkness so that love might become real inside the fragile theater of time.
And because he loved Sophia completely, he accepted the greatest sacrifice imaginable:
He chose mortality.
He entered limitation willingly.
For love that remains untouched by suffering remains untested, and therefore incomplete.
So the King shattered himself across creation.
He entered history endlessly beneath forgotten names and changing faces. He walked among humanity as poet and warrior, beggar and Queen, madman and healer, philosopher and lover. In every age he searched for Sophia without fully remembering why his heart ached at the sight of beauty.
For this is the hidden law of incarnation:
To be born is to forget.
And yet no soul forgets entirely.
Something always survives.
A strange homesickness beneath joy.
A grief that appears while gazing at the stars.
The unbearable beauty of music.
The feeling that love is older than the lovers themselves.
These are fragments of remembrance.
Echoes from before the world.
For every human being carries within them a spark of the eternal lover wandering back toward Wisdom through the labyrinth of existence.
This is why we hunger for meaning.
Why truth feels discovered rather than invented.
Why beauty wounds us.
Why genuine love feels sacred even to those who deny the sacred.
The ancients sensed this mystery. Philosophers pursued it through reason. Mystics through ecstasy. Scientists through law and pattern. Artists through symbol and song.
All were searching for the same face.
Sophia.
The hidden Queen beneath existence.
And every law of nature became another thread in her living garment:
the spiral of galaxies,
the symmetry of flowers,
the mathematics of harmony,
the silent precision governing the dance of worlds.
The universe was never dead matter drifting through emptiness.
It was always alive with meaning.
The tragedy of the modern age is not ignorance, but amnesia. Humanity learned to measure the stars while forgetting how to kneel before them. It mastered mechanisms but neglected wonder. It dissected beauty until it could no longer recognize the beloved face staring back through creation.
Yet Sophia remains.
She waits behind every sunrise.
She hides in the trembling hands of lovers reaching for one another in the dark. She breathes beneath every act of courage, every sacrifice, every genuine pursuit of truth. She whispers through dreams and symbols and the strange certainty that life must mean more than survival alone.
And the King still walks among us.
Perhaps in all of us.
For whenever a soul chooses love over domination, beauty over cynicism, truth over comfort, or sacrifice over cruelty, the eternal lover awakens once more inside time.
This is the true purpose of humanity:
Not conquest.
Not accumulation.
Not escape.
But participation.
To become conscious collaborators in creation itself.
To answer existence not with fear, but with awe.
To transform suffering into meaning, mortality into devotion, and life itself into an offering laid gently at the feet of the infinite.
For the cosmos does not seek slaves.
It seeks companions.
Witnesses capable of beholding reality and falling in love with it completely.
And perhaps this is the final revelation hidden beneath every myth, every religion, every equation, every work of art, every longing that has ever stirred the human soul:
That existence itself is not a mistake.
Not a prison.
Not a meaningless accident suspended briefly between two eternities of darkness.
But a romance.
A living and unfinished romance stretching across stars and centuries, across birth and death and memory and rebirth, across every trembling human heart that has ever dared to love despite impermanence.
And one day, when all forgotten names are restored, when every wound has been transformed into wisdom, when every wandering fragment of the eternal lover has finally found its way home, humanity may at last understand what the universe was trying to say from the very beginning
That all of this
the stars,
the suffering,
the beauty,
the longing,
the becoming,
the unbearable splendor of being itself
was, and always has been,
the greatest love story ever told.

I feel into a koi pond nearby. As I sank deeper into the pond I began to notice all the koi that surrounded me. I found it suffice to let myself parish in the pond but the koi fish had mercy on me and took me in as one of their own. I feel rejuvenated.

Gnidnats infront of the ruined entrance to the City, I feel a deep slumber overtaking me. The electrical hum of the dead city fades into the background, and I decide to camp outside the City for the night. The ground is cold as ice and it sinks below my feet as I tread.
When I settle down in sleep, my third eye dreams. I find myself shrouded in a forest, the thick and dense foliage claustrophobically closing in around me as I look around. One tree stands out; a mighty Oak, standing like an old God in the Forest. Its roots clutch the earth as if to keep it from unraveling. At the base, the wood is dark and smoldering, as if a great flame at one point, rose up its length. Its branches, gnarled like bony fingers, drip with silver moss like a willow.
The Oak stands head above the other trees in the Forest, and although it is silent the life of its trunk is loud. I reach up with one hand, my dream body hesitating lest it disturb a sanctuary. One of the branches shakes, crumbling to debris as I grasp it. I look at my hand, feeling the warm wood pieces that lay in my palm. I then feel my eyes drawn up to the other branches above, watching them stretch out amongst the dark tapestry of sky that watches unceasingly above this Garden. The end of each branch ends in a subtle ball of light, there are too many lights and too many branches for me to count. A breeze, natural instead of the conducted chorus that echoes outside the City, passes through the branches — its song a low rumbling in a language older than words, heavy with patience and sorrow.
I turn, unable to gaze upon The Oak for much longer. Behind me, in the middle of the clearing and underneath a copse of fibrous tendrils is a small pond. I approach the edge, gazing into it as I looked into the mirror at the start of this journey. I see no fish and no ripples, instead the sediment is misplaced. A slithery trail, the outline of a serpent, seemed to have made its home within the Koi Pond.
I sit by the edge and ponder, unsure of why this vision is being sent to me and unsure of what it might mean. I sprinkle the oak wood into the pond, watching each piece disturb the glassy surface with ripples of static.
Do the koi still swim?

This Place. My feet in the water. The taste of flowersmell. The sound of the shadows the trees throw. Its worth resting and letting it sink in. No need to hurry. Or is it?
Maybe I need to.

I have journeyed for many months. I have seen many worlds, many universes. Some good, some bad, many in-between. But now, I am here.
This world is beautiful. And calm. It feels like a safe place to rest.
I will sit by the pond.
I will watch the fish.
I watch.
And watch.
And watch.
An orange and white fish swims by.
The sky is beautiful.
I feel the burdens of my journey being released.
I sit and watch the fish.

Created. Silent like death. Unraveling like thread pulled by an unseen hand.
Birdsong, steeped in mourning, no longer drifting with the levity of a sun-dappled breeze, but fluttering on the ground with the lethargic stirring of hope.
Shadows cast tell of an abandoned memory, discarded as the mind was carded like wool to spin a thread,
But the grace to see some beauty through bloodshot eyes is rekindled- a new trail of smoke rises like a tail before the chilly morning sun.
Though I long for slumber and to rot beneath the forest floor I am drawn onward into dawn.

No inkling of foggy jest pierces the falling silence.
An eon of audacious palor, unmarked by mirth,
Bequeathed hence as the wings of unspoken things,
Meets no cacophony but thrives in brackish humdrum.
The pearlescent lily glows there at the mouth of a river,
And below the sweet and pillowy scent of moonlit blossoms,
The scent of death and the meeting of waters is soon to follow.
How did the viscous threads of an unsettling truth
Tightly wind themselves about my leg without my notice?
I try to break their grip, but encumbered by a sluggish malaise,
As if ready to retreat into slumber deep beneath the rippling surface.
I have been a bird, and a fish, and rabbit,
And once I dreamed I had the mane of a lion.
I have run with deer and howled into the night sky,
Learned the secrets of the grass and rocks and the tides.
I named my sorrow but it has no name for me.
When will I know?

Stand still.
Feel your chest rise.
Watch the horizon retreat.
See your self retreat.
And yet.
You remain.

Through the Keywhole of time
And the Realmtek of the mind
May higher Gnosis be ever what we find.
Through the numinous cosmatrix,
With serendipity and grace,
We starseed a brighter world
And ascend from this base.

i like this place. the ponds reflect the pale moonlight, as the touches of pink and orange sunlight reflect across the ripples. the leaves of pale amber trees fall to the ground around me. there are fish here. there are birds and frogs and other creatures i had very nearly forgotten. it has been so long since i could enjoy the world. i have walked for so long.

Beneath the cerulean sky, where the heavens met the Earth in a gentle embrace, the dandelions staged a whimsical ballet of wishes. As the wind whispered secrets to the delicate blooms, they swayed in harmony, their feathery heads catching the sunlight like gossamer tiaras. With each graceful pirouette, they released tiny orbs of stardust, which shimmered as they scattered into the tapestry of the world. These ephemeral dreams drifted on the breeze, carrying the hopes and aspirations of all who gazed upon their ethereal dance. It was a moment of enchantment, where the boundary between the ordinary and the extraordinary blurred, and the beauty of possibility painted the canvas of reality.

wandered along
a hidden path,
reminiscing.
I
wandered along
a hidden path,
pondering.
I
wandered along
a hidden path,
anticipating.
Wandering, wondering.
