Whatever you think about Michael Bay, it was awesome that he brought Peter back to do Optimus's voice. Introduced a whole new generation to his greatness.

My soul has been officially sucked out. The best part of Saturday morning cartoons has unfortunately left us. The iconic voice that came from the 80's is gone. THANK YOU PETER 🙏.May you return home to Cybertron and rest in peace.

I had the greatest privilege of meeting Cullen and Welker at SacToyShow in 2022. The two stayed long after the convention was over and signed autographs for everyone that was still there.

'Til all are one. RIP Mr. Cullen, so sad to hear about this, a voice and character that has inspired me so much in life along with Transformers in general. My absolute favourite cartoon from when I was young and something precious and dear to me in adulthood. Thank you so much for the memories and inspiration - you will be missed greatly.

He'll be missed dearly. I'm truly grateful that he was in the voiceover world and left a mark that'll never be extinguished.

I got to meet him at a comiccon 4 years ago and get his autograph. Man this one hurts.. the voice of our childhood.

This one really hit hard last week and we lost some great names; Parton, Curry.
But losing Peter Cullen hit me very hard as he has been "The Voice" of Optimus not just in the movies but in all of the cartoon series I watched growing up as a kid.
I was teaching a class last week and actually had a moment of silence after lunch, before we started the afternoon session.
