Hey guys check out this bracket I made for the 4age amf. Really happy wit the results. Stick a couple of minor adjustments but the layout is on point!

Nice! Building something yourself ist just the best feeling :D

Just make sure your intake pipe has enough play in the rubber couplers for example. The engine usually moves from side to side when you accelerate and engine brake, so since your air cleaner is now kind of solid mounted to the „non moving“ chassis, there will be some strain on your piping.

Best would be to mount it to the engine itself 👍🏼

I mounted it to a rubber insulator for that exact reason. If you look closely to the picture there’s a rubber mount on the end of the bracket. I research that as well: thank you for that information and also confirming that

Remember, always radius your corners. Makes it look like a more finished product. Use a coin or something so the radius is consistent.
