Requiem: Help Exposure completely broken?

Ive been trying to fix he brightness on Requiem. I have HDR turned off and the brightness set all the way to 0 and the exposure looks horrible. If I try with HDR on I literally cant see anything because its so washed out. Ive never had this issue on any other game before, any ideas?

All the plague tale games are weird like that for me. I have to turn the brightness up to see in the dark scenes but in the light it looks blinding and washed out. It would help if it had a gamma slider. I just ended up dealing with it washed out in the sunny sections. And i played with hdr off.

Ahh I cba with that, it looks so bad. I don't have this problem with any other games. O well, I was trying to play on gamepass but I'd be more annoyed if I paid money. And I just tried the new game and it has the exact same issue!
