Hard to find anything on this place specifically. I’ll be moving in a few months. Would like a studio here. I’ve done research but I prefer human responses.

Drove through and liked the area. Moving next spring.

1. How walkable is the area to food/bars? (Want to cut back on food delivery)

2. How is the parking garage + traffic leaving the apartment for work around 8am?

3. Average cost for variable utilities? (I know this varies, I have 300-400 budgeted for it)

4. Neighbors, how are they for you?

5. Front office… same thing as 4… how is your experience?

6. Would you recommend this place overall to a friend for at least 2 years?
