I think we stigmatize pole dancing (I know I have) but when you see this, it’s a beautiful art form. This is really gorgeous to watch. And your legs are so powerful! Very inspiring!

There are - for sure - different types and styles of pole dancing. It does originated from a place where it was stigmatized. While I personally respect that and like that style, I think it's becoming more acceptable, fortunately :)

Thank you! I confess that it's not easy but not the hardest pose I've attempted either. With a bit of hamstring, shoulder and back flexibility, it's doable :)

Thank you! Yes, definitely not my first spin on pole lol. It's nice to have a pole at home for more regular practice, that's for sure :)
