I do not want to get a "final" email with a PDF file attached to it, this creates a huge issue for us with sensitive data being in a email.

When I convert a .doc file to a .pdf file, I now receive a notification that I no longer have access to the app, but I actually own a legitimate older version, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, 2015 Release. Do any of you have the same issue; and how do you navigate around or neutralize this issue?

I currently pay $69.99 a month (about $75 after taxes) for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro.

I really only use Animate, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.

I was comparing plans online and saw the Creative Cloud Standard version for about $54.99 a month.

I went to switch plans, but then went back to double-check that it offered the same apps, and then the Standard version disappeared.

It does not come up as an option I can switch to now.

Does anyone have some advice or info on what happened? Thanks.

I have a form that I created which gets filled out daily with digital certificate signatures. It requires people to not be able to clear out signatures and you are still able to clear your own, and not others (obviously). The signature blocks are formatted to lock all blocks including signature blocks from the ones above the one you are signing. How can I restrict or disable being able to clear your own signatures on this form?

I've seen a few things online since this was broken in the last update. Anybody found any good work arounds besides not using it?

yesterday and going into today whenever i'd open a file on photoshop it'll randomly appear.. darker? the background would go from the default grey to black and the image itself would be darker and saturated. if i zoom in or out there's a small chance the view would go back to normal. i'd take a screenshot to show but the second i press the screenshot button it goes back to normal. i'm assuming it's something to do with my graphics card, but is there a solution within photoshop?

Another day, another project delayed because they cap you at 4 hours of usage per day. Double it, I don’t care how much it costs, double it. I am beyond sick and tired of the same issue for years now. I have had 1 to 1 meetings, Reddit thread discussions, emails to the team and more with improvement suggestions yet they still haven’t made any of them a reality.

What is the team actually doing? Do they lack funding?
One of the team members low-key admitted this to me so maybe it’s the reason why development is so slow. Who knows at this point, that was a few years ago now.

Surely it wouldn’t take much to make the UI better, improve the download options and increase upload limitations into a tiered system. For crying out loud it’s not rocket science.

You’re sitting on a gold mine with this tech and it’s going to waste focusing on beginners rather than the professionals.

Just got my MacBook Air m5, are there any settings I should know about to enhance the performance? I’ve used windows before and know there are tons of settings to disable to enhance the performance. Are there any such settings or things to enable/disable to enhance the performance of the MacBook? I’m using it for Indesign, illustrator and photoshop.

I'm trying to create a book cover that KDP accepts. The person I paid to create a cover did an ok graphic but screwed up the dimensions, and I've lost touch with them. Adobe Acrobat has a 7 day free trial. I'd like to do this task using that free trial. I've tried other approaches using Word, Excel, and even Paint but failed. All suggestions appreciated.

Photoshop freezes or crashes when you type a number, period, and space because of a bug with the automatic list-formatting feature.

How to Fix the Freeze

Disable the auto-bullet and auto-number feature in your settings:

1. Open Photoshop.
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Type (on Windows) or Photoshop > Settings > Type (on macOS).
3. Find Automatic detection of Bulleted and Numbered lists while typing.
4. Uncheck the box.
5. Click OK and restart Photoshop.

I want to create a fully custom Goal widget for my OBS overlay by going through Streamlabs.

This requires html, Css, Js, and Custom fields scripts, which I am 100% oblivious to.

Is there any way to take animations created in After Effects and Illustrator, and run them through Dreamweaver to generate the needed files? I understand that It'd take work, but if it is possible, Id be willing to put some time toward it. Just need suggestions on tutorials. Being that searches include Adobe, Illustrator, After Effects, Streamlabs, Custom Goal widget, html/css/js/fields, and/or Dreamweaver, search results are all over the place.

Adobe, wtf. Why have you done this? I now cannot preview images at a decent size, or see other images from the same shoot. You've destroyed the usability of your stock library, for what? To make editing images easier? I don't need that from you, its why I pay for photoshop. I need to browse images, and select and download them. What is wrong with you people.

Basically, Aadhaar is an ID used in India, so the PDF contains sensitive information.

I’m building a website that can already verify the Aadhaar PDF’s cryptographic signature, UIDAI certificate, CCA chain, etc.

In Adobe Reader, the signature initially shows a ?. To get the green tick, I do:

Signature Properties → Show Signer’s Certificate → Trust → Add to Trusted Certificates → OK → Validate Signature

After that, Adobe changes the ? to a green tick and shows Signature Valid / Digitally signed by UIDAI.

Can someone explain what Adobe is actually doing in the backend during this process, and what I would need to implement to achieve the same legitimate verification behavior on my website?

I’m not trying to fake the green tick. I want the proper/legal implementation. The PDF is processed locally in the browser and isn’t stored.

I used to edit in Lightroom Classic and never really had any issues with it, other than it being slow from time to time.

What drove me was insane was all the extra Adobe stuff running on my Mac. I was only using Lightroom, so having what felt like 12 freaking Adobe apps, / helpers, and background processes installed just to run one program annoyed the hell out of me.

I’ve bounced around between different photo editors trying to recreate the workflow I had with Lightroom Classic. A few have come close, but I’ve never found one that completely replaced it.

I never really used the cloud version of Lightroom, so I don’t know much about it. I’ve heard that if you install Lightroom through the Mac App Store, you basically get Lightroom without all the extra Creative Cloud stuff.

Is that actually true?

And if I went that route, how much would I be giving up compared to Lightroom Classic? Can the cloud Lightroom handle most of the same editing, tasks, organization, etc., or are there still things that really require Lightroom Classic?

Basically, I’d like Lightroom back. I just don’t want the rest of Adobe moving into my Mac with it.

Adobe Reader on macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 is showing this error and won't open any doc: "Please wait a few minutes while the update is installed".

It has been a whole day, and I am really annoyed.
