Glad I muted that channel before they took the mute button away.

I wish I had. Keep hitting show fewer, but they keep coming. There’s got to be money for spaz there somewhere

Lately I just receive in my feed "people pictures" subs about how they look, their hair, their style and many other that stink insecurity. I'm just asking "show fewer of them" but they grow like mushrooms.

Just block the individual accounts from shitty subs that keep getting promoted to your feed. Eventually you block the major bot posting account on those subs and you dont see it anymore.

That button used to mute the sub. Now you actually have to go to the front page of the offending sub in order to mute it.

Do people still not turn off recommended posts? I only see subs I subscribe to in my feed. It's bonkers that people complain about this but don't just go to the settings and uncheck a box.

I keep getting subreddits that advertise shitty temu products sold on amazon. No amount of rejection makes them go away.

Same with the "block ad" option on youtube. Block then get the same ad for 8 consecutive ad breaks.

The algorithm is required to show you something. If the only content available is stuff you've told it you don't want to see, it's still going to show it to you. It has no other choice.

Reddit fucking sucks now. Every third post is an ad that opens a browser window, half my previously curated feed is recommendations for shit subs like alignment charts, bots everywhere. Just pure shit.
