Has anybody applied to cross train through ETP & it has successfully worked ? Little background I came from ANG to AD and been in total of 5 years . wanting to cross train but since i’ve only been in technically 2/6 year contract AD technically i’m not at my retrain window… would it even be worth it to apply ?

I was able to get mine through AFPC because the retrain I was hired for was “special” needed CC/SEL backing to help coordinate details with CFM at the Pentagon level but it got done
