I just picked up this wall mounted steel model plane and I'm hoping someone here might know more about it. Giving mid century vibes but has no markings to assist with identifying it. The only thing I can find is a previous auction listing in New York for an identical one but unfortunately that listing didn't have any details (https://www.invaluable.com/auction-lot/steel-airplane-wall-mount-decor-251-c-706488f8ff?srsltid=AfmBOoqOxAqM3f8HcTulzwByRROV_s1QL-ruK-NTKFFyT8kA5Zj7ro4k).

I’m building a Sling high-wing at the factory and have to lock in a paint color and scheme in the next few months. It’s a clean slate — I can do pretty much anything I want.
The plane won’t be hangared most of the time and will live in Las Vegas and California, so a dark color is out. Too much heat.
This is a video of the same model I’m building. I think it looks great, and I even like the interior. I would like to hear what you all think before I commit.
If you’ve got better ideas, schemes, or photos, I’d love to see them. I’m going in circles trying to decide.
