Spiralling!

Life has been just too heavy lately. As someon who has always had to struggle but managed to survive forever, this phase seems like the darkest, hardest and almost unimaginably difficult with no end in sight.

Does anybody know of good therapists/psychiatrists in al ain and how much do they ideally cost? I am someone with low financial means but i do understand these days no help is free, so suggestions which are pocket friendly are welcome.

I believe hospitals are your only option, maybe there isn’t clinics for it outside of hospitals but if so they mostly are expensive. The best options are tawam or Tahnoun hospital aka Alain hospital, but you could try nmc or burjeel they might have what you’re looking for
