Did anyone use their AC card/upass on the bus and got a warning about their card not be issued?

Hi, I am a science psychology bachelor graduate from uottawa. I was looking at post grad certificates. do they really need you to come from a related field? for example i want to do the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigations (1801X09F) grad diploma

i got mixed responses on this. does anyone know whether it activates today (sept 1)? would be helpful if someone could check, im not currently in the city right now 🙂‍↕️

I wasn’t sure who to ask but does anyone know if we have to wear scrubs to orientation on the 8th? I know it’s not technically a class/lab but I’m worried that either everyone will wear scrubs or the opposite and not wear them.. 😭😭

CST Orientation Sept 8 — Where do I go?

Hey everyone! I’m starting the CST program and have orientation on Sept 8th. Does anyone know what time it starts and where we’re supposed to go?

Also, what’s the orientation day usually like? I just don’t want to get lost or show up late on my first day

Hi everyone! I scored 264/265 on the ELSA and applied through the waitlisted program. As of now, they haven’t accepted anyone from the waitlist yet.
Does anyone know how the waitlist usually works or whether I have a good chance with my score?
Also, I’m preparing for the ACHPAT and would really appreciate any advice on study materials, preparation strategies, or tips from people who have taken it.

Hi! I’m entering into my first year of college, and I was wondering if it is normal to have 8 different classes in one semester at Algonquin? I know it might be different, but I’ve talked with people who are going to university and they have 5 classes (some are the same class that repeats twice in the same week). To me it seems like a lot more work than usual, so if anyone can tell me something, it would be appreciated! 🙂

Long story short, I’m trying to sign up for my last semester of AC Online courses and I keep getting the following message during checkout:
“Your transaction cannot be completed. Please contact the Registrar's Office at 613-727-0002 for assistance.”

I’ve called during non-peak hours, at exactly 8:30am, AND left my number for call back and nothing.

Has anyone else gotten this message? Or does anyone know how to fix it?

Hey y'all. I'll be starting Level 1 this upcoming fall. I'm looking forward to it, but I have some questions.

1) Does the program prep you for CompTIA Network+, or will I have to do independent studying for Network+ on my own time? I'm aiming to take the CompTIA Network+ test around the end of December.

2) Is there an option to bridge my credits into the BIT program at Carleton upon graduation? Not sure if I want to pursue this pathway, but it's always good to have options.

3) How is the work/school balance for the program? Is it possible to work part-time on weekends and some days in the week and stay on top of my schoolwork?

Similar to 1), does the program prep for CompTIA Security+? Also looking to complete that certification in mid Janurary.

Do we still get access to netacad for the Intro to Enterprise Networking course or we just have to use the prof’s slides?
