Technical Support SSD keeps dropping off

Hello all, I installed a crucial P1 ssd. But whenever I try launch something like MSFS2024 it crashes the game and the nvme disappears from my file explorer. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I may try reinstalling the bios but if I can be directed to the latest version that would be helpful and any advice to the situation would be helpful thanks!

It's kinda difficult for us to 'direct you to the latest version' if we don't know which machine you have ;)

Which machine? I had an Alienware 17r4 that did that with that exact drive. Put a different brand in and it went away. Check to make sure the firmware on the drive is up to date, crucial has a software tool that can check.
