Proud of myself

Been working as a delivery driver for just shy of 90 days now. Had a "short" route a few days ago of 129 stops and 250ish packages. Left the station at 11am and was 35 stops ahead of schedule by 4pm. Finished the route at 5:30pm and offered to do a rescue because i needed the hours. Saved a co-worker 20 stops and was still home before 830.

I even took a full 30 minute lunch that day. I killed it. It was a huge confidence booster.

This is the first job I've been able to feel confident at since i moved to my area 6 years ago.

Does anyone else really like their DSPs?

Some of us actually do

Nice work, by the way.

You will keep gaining confidence the more you do it and get more comfortable. The confidence comes right along with it.

Keep it up

With all the hate for DPSs, I Feel lucky to have one that seems to care.

Just remember, take the good with the bad…not every day will be that confidence boosting but remember these

That’s bad ass! I am usually getting worked lol. I wanna help others but I’m not there yet. I get an average of 170 stops start travel is usually 23-29 minutes and the grouping seems to be like a 10-12 mile distance consistently. That’s a killer time though. I can do 30 an hour until the long drive ways start beating me down 😬🙃
