Phone Case Quality

I’ve had several one star reviews complaining about the terrible quality of the IPhone 17 case. They say the two pieces don’t go together properly and don’t fit the phone. Has anyone else had bad reviews for phone cases lately?

I get good review and bad reviews on the same product. Nothing you can do about them.

I don’t normally stress about reviews but it’s four 1 star reviews on my best selling phone case that are all saying that the phone cases are faulty and warning people not to buy them.

Yep, and there's nothing you can do about that. Unless you're running ads, then you may consider pausing the campaigns.

Of course, if you want to improve your reviews, you can send links to your friends and ask them to leave reviews and just make sure you tell them to say they were gifts, since they will not be verified purchases. Or you can have your friends buy the cases and leave verified reviews, and you reimburse them for their purchase. I have friends that sell on Amazon and this is typically what they will do when they launch new products to get them to improve organic rankings.

I was mainly wondering if Amazon had possibly changed supplier or if it was just the newest model of case that was faulty. I feel hesitant to upload to phone cases if I’m going to get lots of returns and bad reviews that will tank my metrics. All the bad reviews came in this month so it made me think something might have changed.
