Anyone else having issues with subtitles for the Batman.
This happens across 2 TVs and my mobile device and laptop.
Essentially the English CC subtitles are way out of sync, I'm pretty sure they are from a trailer or towards the end of the film...
I've tried turning the subtitles on and off and switching languages (which are in sync and working)
All apps up to date and cache cleared, happens across multiple devices as well.

Hello, i am currently watchin a tv series on prime tgat eas originally fimed in a 4:3 format, but prime automatically auto scales it to a 16:9 format, this cuts some parts of the image. Is there any way to de-activate this scaling and get it back to its 4:3 format?

i tried logging into my amazon account but it asked me for my expiry date on the card that i don,t have any more so because of this i couldn't log in so i rang up amazon and they said because i haven't used the account for years they couldn't open it or it cant be used and they asked me to delete the account and i could open a new account with the same email i agreed so im trying to open a new amazon account using the same email but every time i try it gives a error message email already in use even tho my old account is deleted they said to wait 24 hours when i rang them back with this problem but its been over 24 hours now and i still have the same problem any ideas on how to fix this problem i don,t really want to create a new email i want to use the same email as before

Ive just subscribed to amazon prime Ive watched a show that i want to record im trying with obs recorder as its free but every time i try the video is just blank Ive turned off hardware acceleration in the browser settings as Ive heard this helps with DRM content but it still wont record any suggestions on what to do

Hi--I've had Amazon Prime Video forever, recently added a Peacock Premium Plus subscription so I could watch past seasons of some shows. One of the shows, Summer House (shut up), has all ten seasons, but for some reason Season 8 is not included and it seems like I am supposed to purchase it separately? I would prefer not to. Any ideas on what to do or why this is?

UPDATE: Just finished the Season 7 reunion and Season 8, Ep 1 started playing!? Now I'm afraid to turn the screen off. But, problem solved, I guess.

Prime says I have to call or use chat to get help with an account issue, then immediately below that says neither phone or chat are available. Absolutely ridiculous, anyone know how to get through to them?

Monthly charge for "Prime Video." I've logged into Amazon, gone to subscriptions, I have no Prime subscription under my usual, or even secondary email. It says "no subscription." No add-on subscriptions either, or single purchases (like, a one off movie rental). Trouble finding help on the site. Anyone have ideas?

Posted my fix in case someone needs it too. Raised a dispute over the transaction with the bank, was awarded the payments back.

How do I actually access my owned stuff in the app? It used to be much easier. Google says to go to "My Stuff," but that is not an option anywhere in the app for me.
