I want to buy a tablet or something similar mainly for online teaching and video editing. I’d also like to use it for GPay and other useful apps.

Along with that, I need a small/basic phone just for incoming and outgoing calls.

Recommendation needed for a good combination of a tablet and a basic phone within a total budget of ₹15,000 for both. I’m looking for something affordable but reliable for my needs.

I have this old Samsung Galaxy Tab Docomo variant (SC-01C). I don't know what to do with it. Also the touchscreen digitizer broke off, so that's that. I'll fix the digitizer soon to make use of this.

I had the Pro 13 for about a month now and I'm curious if anyone has tried to flash its global rom equivalent (Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2) on it since I haven't seen any guides on it.

The only similar tab which had tons of guides on it was the 12.7 2025 version but I'm not so confident in doing the same method to this version.

The only reason I was to change is because I want to use google gemini natively, and i have to do some work arounds just for it to work every time.

replaceable battery (I suppose top much to ask for)

I bought the Samsung a7 lite, their only current 8" tablet and goodness gracious I don't know how they can sell it. literally cannot scroll with it, it's too slow, let alone start an app or use it in any way!

anything out there that's reasonable? it doesn't have to be budget, I'm willing to invest a bit for a genuinely good solid 8" tablet fitting many of above criteria. I'm in Canada fwiw :).

My daughter wants a tablet she can draw with, she's a young artist and currently has a Samsung A7 lite. Does the 11" Onn 2026 support the use of a pen like the larger 13.2"? I have the 2026 8" and I love it.

Hi, im in college and am looking for a tablet I can take notes with. Ive been looking at the onn tablets since everyone is talking about them but was wondering what the consensus is on them. A big factor for me is that whatever I buy will be supported with software updates for a few years.

In my place, the price for both of them is almost at the same price. I personally prefer with type c connectivity instead of using bluetooth cause im quite sensitive to the input lag, but from what i heard the mfi one is not as powerful as g8+ in terms of the features, Will it be a good deal to just buy the mfi version for my tab, or should i buy the g8+ one for more features options?

I’ve bought this device 2nd hand running on global rom. Im completely illiterate and in need of hand holding with this type of stuff to avoid bricking my device.

I wanna reflash it back to CN rom because I kept on being banned on the games I play due to the boot loader being unlocked. Can anyone please help me?

1. Recently just got a Y700 Gen5 16GB ram, 512GB rom for PC emulation and multimedia use. The tablet does run about 42°C while gaming, hot hot! I created a custom DIY cooling puck + magnetic stand with a small controller for mobile gaming.
2. The Y700 Gen5 case came with a metallic back which allows attaching of magnetic TEC cooler. It also allows efficient transfer of heat since the metal plate is touching the tablet's back.
3. The tec cooler I have is a budget cooler that uses about 12w of cooling. I attached a metal ring that came with the magnetic stand (pic 4) to the cooler with glue. It was perfect size.
4. The magnetic stand has strong magnets that is able to attach to the metal ring on the cooler or the case itself to prop up the tablet while gaming.
5. With everything attached, the magnetic tec cooler powered, the temperature drops by approx more than 5°C while running GameNative PC emulation!
6. I also bought a G9 controller for the tablet when I want to use it on-the-go. It looks gigantic compared to my ROG Ally 7" screen. Haha. By the way, does anyone know how to control the RBG on the G9? The app I have downloaded from Lenovo crashes when I go into settings for the G9 controller.

How low has this model sold for? I can’t seem to find it below $599CAD. I think the price can get lower?

This thing happened to me a few months ago too(only in some apps eg. YT, Spotify and WhatsApp), i restarted my tab and it was fixed. Now it happened to me again, for some reason it's only happening in that particular playlist (like shown in the video). This time even after restarting it's still glitching out. Had the tab since march. Has this happened to anyone else or just me?.

I purchased this baby monitor, originally thinking we could just use our phones or laptops to view the baby. Upon reflection, that may be a bit of a PITA, so I'd like a cheap device to use this for this purpose.

Really don't plan on using it for anything else other than this, and not planning on keeping it once the baby ages out of needing a monitor. I've seen some tablets on TEMU for as little as $30. Really my main concern is a. Will the tablet crap out from just running a single app, and b. Will it be secure?

I am considering Onn 11”, which getting hard to find in my area. Open to suggestions. I am in my 50s and think 10-11” would be easier on my eyes. Possible for streaming and social media nothing to hardcore

but from the looks of it the S9FE+ is going to stop receiving updates in a couple years should i be worried?

I live in Malaysia and I'm thinking of getting a tablet. But I can't decide between the Lenovo IdeaPad or the Redmi Pad 2.

I'll use it for games, reading, watching all that stuff. But I'm also thinking of a finding a cheaper option that's similar to the two.

Should I sell my Xiaomi Pad 7 and get the Galaxy Tab S10 FE? Really confused 😭

I recently bought a Xiaomi Pad 7 (8/256GB), but I’m still confused about whether I should have gone for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE instead.

My main use case is studying, reading PDFs, and taking notes. I haven’t bought the Xiaomi Focus Pen yet, but I’m planning to get it soon.

The thing is, once I buy the Focus Pen, the total cost of my Pad 7 will get pretty close to what I would have spent on the S10 FE. That’s making me wonder if I should just sell the Pad 7 and switch to the S10 FE.

However, selling the Pad 7 would also mean taking a loss, so I’m not sure if it’s actually worth it.

The things that make me hesitant about switching are the Pad 7’s better display and more powerful processor, along with its overall performance and battery life. On the other hand, the S10 FE seems much more appealing for note-taking and studying, especially because of the S Pen experience and Samsung Notes.

So I’m basically stuck between:

Keep the Xiaomi Pad 7 + buy the Focus Pen

vs.

Sell the Pad 7 at a loss + get the Galaxy Tab S10 FE

If you were in my situation, what would you do?

Would the S10 FE’s better note-taking experience actually be worth switching for, or should I just keep the Pad 7 and get the Focus Pen?

I’d really appreciate some honest opinions, especially from people who have used either/both tablets. 😭
