🔎 ID Request Bobcat tracks ??!

Ontario- Sault Saint Marie. Wooded area.

I do not see any nail marks… seems like a feline track but that is my best guess

They're a little squershed for my limited knowledge. The heel pad looks feline to me. Was there an X shape the canines have? I can't see the details the best.

That location is more likely to be cougar but pic has no true scale

Looks too symmetrical for feline. X shaped negative space says canine. Claws are a poor identifier as cat tracks sometimes show claw marks and canine tracks, particularly domestic dogs that go to the groomers, often do not show claw marks.
