Rant 😡 Bully Manager

I was recently diagnosed with Pulmonary Tuberculosis (PTB), and my health condition is negatively affecting my job performance. Additionally, I am experiencing unfair treatment from my manager, who gets angry and dismisses my questions as if I lack common sense. I want to resign, but I am hindered by a contract clause that requires me to pay a penalty fee of ₱100,000.00 upon leaving. I am currently unsure of how to resolve this situation.

i hope this doesn't come off as offensive but how recent were you diagnosed? hindi ba nakakahawa ang PTB? you should be taking some rest for the betterment of your condition. if you really wanna resign, maybe use the health reason for it?? 😅

Yup probably a valid clause or file for a 6 month due to illness.
