It looks good but I print petg and use pla interface for supports the new update won't let me slice as the temps are so different WHY did they stuff up such an important thing as independent material settings! Or is it just me

I really like the recent phone app update. Granted I don’t print directly from the phone or anything but I use it to monitor my prints and stop when I need to. Keep up the good work Anycubic!

Edit: Just FYI, I gave Raphael (S1) to my son and Splinter (K3) to my Brother lol.

I haven't had this issue before, but it got rubbed raw and the orange outer layer got shredded down to the wires inside. I've tried repositioning the clips to the bowden tube, but it's still dragging. Is there something I can do, is there an arm or something I can print out and attach?

Now, is there a reason why i have all in chinese. I have selected language in english but i still get this. please help.

just got a Photon P1. Can someone please explain what the CP layers are when doing a print and how to turn them off? They are printed before the burn in layers with an insane lift and retract speed...

Using Lychee slicer but also had them with the REFR calibration through Anycubic Workshop.

I just updated the Mac version of SlicerNext and it's in Chinese. I can't find a way to switch to English. I have the location set to "Global" but the language didn't change.
Am I missing something or will this just update at some point?

2 week old P1 power button stuck inside its housing I've tried to get it out and scratched it to shit in the process and printer won't switch on

I updated to Anycubic Slicer Next 1.4.1.2 and none of my slices would print on my Kobra 3 V2 or Kobra 2 Max. They would get to the preheating phase and stall/freeze.

I did a total wipe/uninstall (including appdata files), restarted, then reinstalled 1.4.1.2 and had the exact same issue on both machines.

Did a full wipe, installed 1.3.9.4 and everything is now working fine.

What's going on with the slicer? Is anyone else have these issues?

Hi everyone. It finally happened. Had a catastrophic (for me, atleast) failure. Not sure what to screws or parts to remove lol. Somehow the dang thing got plastic stuck behind the nozzle and between it and the shell. Pics attached. Thanks in advance!

Hey all. I've been working with the P1 Max and have a persistent issue. Most of the plate prints successfully, but whatever models are placed at the center of the build plate consistently fail. Im unsure if it's an adhesion issue or something else as the raft is usually the only part that prints.

Ive used multiple resin profiles with no luck, and I used a pencil to see if the plate might not be completely flat, but it appears to be. Does anyone have any suggestions or profiles that consistently work for them? Thanks much!

Recebi uma Kobra X com defeito em 13/08/2026 e, desde então, estou tentando atendimento junto ao suporte da Anycubic (Ticket No: 1469163), porém até agora estão somente enrolando. Mandaram uma cabeça de impressão com documentação insuficiente e o produto foi devolvido pela Receita Federal brasileira à China na semana passada. Estou desde 26/08/2026 enviando as evidências do problema e o incompetente que está me atendendo (Orin) só fica repetindo para aguardar. Faz mais de duas semanas que estamos aguardando, perdendo dinheiro com essa impressora parada e agora sem perspectivas de resolução de um problema, causado exclusivamente pelo ineficiente controle de qualidade da Anycubic. Hoje estou entrando com ação no Procon, pois tentamos resolver, mas a Anycubic não tem o menor respeito pelos clientes.

So my kobra x for about a week now will not connect to the app, to my PC nothing. It's frustrating cause I like to check on prints when I'm not home, remote print etc. On top of that it randomly pops up and says to manually restart the device, in the middle of prints, even while it's sitting on it's own not printing. I've tried factory resetting it, readding it via the anycubic app and I'm not sure where to go from here it's frustrating because even though it has the resume print, it always causes a line in my prints so I can't print anything over an hour or two which is hindering me from doing some bigger projects I have in mind. Anyone have any clue or idea what can I do?

TL:DR my dying father bought me the cobra S1, after eight months stopped working, spent more months troubleshooting, dad died, replacement extruder out of stock, printer still broken.

I’ve had my cobra S1 for hardly more than a year now. But have only gotten to use it for approximately eight months. It worked well and then about eight months and I started having issues with the extruder and getting constant filament jams. I spent about 2 montg.(after work.) troubleshooting this on my own. I followed troubleshooting guides, official, wiki’s, and even try to find similar Reddit posts. At this point, I got Anycubic involved, they made me do all the same troubleshooting. I had already done over the course of a few months.(there was a lot of time delay as I was caretaking for my father, who had a stroke and was getting worse). After trying a number of different parts from troubleshooting with Anycubic, I think we finally figured out that my filament when going through the system gets caught on the lip of the extruder, indicating either a defamation or a manufacturer error. At this point, I’d like to point out that I had lost practically two spools of filament from all this troubleshooting and had already purchased a number of parts. I still proceeded to try to purchase a new extruder via the link that was provided from Anycubic customer service. Then my dad died and while dealing with the aftermath, I forgot about the order I placed for about two weeks. Upon placing my order, not only could I not see the product I was buying it just showed up as an accessory, but the extruder is apparently now marked out of stock on my order, but not on the website if I were to purchase a new part. I have jumped through all their hoops, played their games, wasted my money, wasted my time, wasted my filament, and still this printer does not work, just to be stopped by a lack of inventory when I finally think we have the solution, this is completely unacceptable.

I got tired of my messy nightstand, so I designed my own solution! What do you think?

I was browsing the Anycubic EU official store and noticed that every (and I mean all of them!) 3D printer model seems to be out of stock right now (FDM and resin printers).

However, switching to regional stores like Spain or France shows they are available in stock...

Does anyone know what's happening?
