Looking for someone to help launch my App

I keep running into the same maintainability issue with rapid-build internal tools.

A prototype gets a clean demo, stakeholders approve it, and everyone assumes it's production-ready. But a functional demo doesn't mean it's ready for real-world support, maintenance, or security governance.

The real risk usually isn't an app failing on day one. It's the utility tool that quietly becomes mission-critical over six months, right up until the original builder leaves the company. Suddenly, multiple operational teams rely on it, but nobody has the repository access, documentation, environment secrets, or support plan to maintain it.

For engineering teams managing internal tool intake, what is the minimum checklist you enforce regarding repository handover, environment variables, access control, error monitoring, and deprecation plans before an app gets production approval?

I have a really great idea of an application. I have no coding skills , so I was planning to hire some people to make that application for me . The budget may go above 10-30k dollars . So I'm just taking a step back and thinking about doing it in the future .

Hello everyone, I am a full-stack mobile app developer. I recently got my grade 3 ACL injury while playing. So I had my surgery about a month ago. I used to work on-site; before that, they didn't accept my WFH request, so I left that job. Now I feel very bored lying in the bed all the time. Hey everyone. I'm not a developer and honestly know almost nothing about programming, but I have an idea for a PC companion / Android APK app that I'd really like to see exist if its doable

This isn't a business pitch and I'm not looking to monetize it. It's something I'd personally use and I think it would be really cool if it existed.

I'm basically looking for someone who knows what they're doing with PC/Android development who might read the idea and think, "That's actually pretty cool. I could build that."

I'm not expecting someone to work for me for free or anything like that. If someone is interested enough in the concept to turn it into a side project, I'd be completely happy for them to use it themselves, modify it, release it, or do whatever they want with it. I mostly just want to find someone who can take the idea from "I wish this existed" to something that actually works.

I can explain the idea, how I imagine it working, what features I'd want, and why I think it would be useful.

My Google Play Console developer account was terminated. I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced the same thing and later successfully created a new Google Play Console account and used it without getting terminated again.

If you have, could you share:

- Whether you created it as an individual or organization

- How long after the termination you created it

- Whether you used the same company/business

- Whether the new account remained active after publishing an app

Its time for me to test my product on iOS, but i dont know how (im an Android user)

My app is build in vs code, and normally i just build a local apk and drag it to my phone, and install it - but its not possible with an iPhone - right?

How do i do then? Is it only possible with test flight?

I’m building an app that helps parents manage kids’ tasks, and I’m in beta with internal users. We are about to launch the app on the App Store, but I’m starting with zero audience: no mailing list, no following, no community I can post to. Small operation, basically little money for ads.
I’ve read every “20 ways to grow your app” article out there and they all seem written by people who already had a crowd to talk to. What I want is the boring, real version:
• What was the one thing that made the biggest difference, and how long before you saw it?
• What did you think would work and it just didn’t? (Honestly more useful to me than the wins.)
• Did running ads ever make sense at your size, or was it just burning money until people were actually sticking around?
So far I’ve tried meta ads and found it to be a nightmare to deal with, and very little results for the amount of money spent. I’ve also tried straight organic content, but that’s also incredibly time consuming, especially when I’m busy with the rest of the app design and website.
Not fishing for signups. I just want to hear what worked for you.
